Evie Body, Group Analyst
My early career was as a sculptor and I am still one at heart. I studied Foundation and Fine Art at Bournemouth and then trained as a stone mason at Weymouth Tech., before working on private and public sculpture as well as teaching drawing. My second career began after graduating with a BSc in Occupational therapy in 2005. I worked in a number of NHS Mental Health adult inpatient and community teams in Dorset and Bath. Whilst using core OT skills I also qualified in and practiced a number of talking therapy models. Wishing to understand group dynamics better, I began a Foundation course in Group Analysis in 2009 and over the following decade, whilst working as an OT, I qualified in Group Analysis. I then began work as a Group Analyst in a Complex Emotional Needs Service in Exeter, during which time I also became an accredited MBT practitioner. In 2024 I moved into private psychotherapy practice. Currently I conduct a weekly analytic group in Bath. I now also have the time to return to my studio, in a new and different way.

Erika Holloway, Group Analyst
| Erika came to the therapy world after a career in education. After teaching at a number of schools, she ran a nursery school and became fascinated by early childhood development and the family dynamics that arrived on the doorstep each morning. Erika’s first therapy training was integrative with supervision from a Jungian Analyst at an organisation where she has worked for more than 20 years. Clients there have complex histories, often with early abuse and trauma. Other workplaces have included a sexual abuse charity and a women’s prison. It was during this time that Erika qualified as a Group Analyst. She has run groups in NHS settings, for a charity and privately. In addition, she has conducted experiential groups on different therapy trainings. Julie Wilde, Group Analyst
| I’m a Group Analyst , Clinical Supervisor and also an Individual Psychodynamic Therapist. It was my work in a therapeutic community in which groups were an integral part of the programme that first impressed me- and post individual training I found my way onto the Group Analytic training here in Bristol. I now find this approach works well alongside my individual practice. Currently I am providing Reflective Practice groups for all the staff in a small organisation and the Reflective practice approach which is another branch of Group Analysis – is a stimulating and rewarding part of my work. |

Robin Wiltshire, Group Analyst
| I have more than twenty years professional therapeutic experience. Firstly, working as a Music Therapist within the NHS, including mental health and learning disability services, as well as the voluntary sector. During this time, I provided both individual and group therapy. In addition, I offered clinical supervision and reflective practice to fellow arts therapists and staff teams. In more recent years, while undertaking and after completing my training in group analytic psychotherapy, I have been supporting adults and older people in mental health services. I have also facilitated reflective practice groups for staff teams. I am now in independent practice and work with those seeking psychotherapy or wishing to engage in reflective practice. I am especially interested in the creative ways we can communicate our experiences, whether working one-to-one, in groups, or with staff teams. My approach values the process of finding the words to express what needs to be said. |
